Detect Cancer Earlier marketing campaign: evaluation report 2022/2023

An overview of the Detect Cancer Earlier campaign which ran from 6 to 31 March 2023, including independent evaluation results.


8. PR activity

PR was used to bring a human voice to the campaign and use storytelling to highlight the direct link between taking action and a greater chance of living well again.

Working with charity partners, 12 early detection case studies were recruited spanning a range of cancer types (prostate, cervical, blood, ovarian, breast, bowel, melanoma and lung).
