Disclosure Scotland fees - discounting waivers and accredited bodies: consultation analysis

Outlines the key themes from analysis of responses to a public consultation on options for Disclosure Scotland’s approach to fee discounting, including the fee waiver for volunteers, and organisational registration subscriptions (accredited body fees).

Annex A: Engagement session attendance during consultation period

Disclosure Scotland hosted 23 events as part of the consultation process:

  • 268 attendees
  • 175 organisations

The themes emerging from engagement sessions broadly reflected those set out in the analysis above. Those who engaged through these sessions were encouraged to respond to the consultation, with their earlier views also captured to ensure that the views of those which did not have time or capacity to respond in writing were included in the policy development.
