This research reports on 22 victims’ and witnesses’ experiences of court (including children and young people) since the introduction of the Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018 in April 2019.

5) You will have access to support during the interview

6) You can change your mind about us using your words in our research

7) We will never use details that identify you

8) It is our duty to store information you share securely

9) We only pass information on if something made us worry about you

10) Our research will be made available to you when the project is over.
