This induction resource provides new ELC employees with all the relevant information they need on what to expect in their first few months in post, including the most up-to-date resources and best practice.

In the early years, children begin to learn about gender roles and expectations, and will pick up messages about what is perceived as 'normal' for boys and girls. They are influenced by their environment and the adults around them. Introduction to the setting
