This section sets out additional guidance on aspects of the legislative and policy framework which relate to the delivery of early learning and childcare, but are out-with the scope of section 34 of the 2000 Act under which the Early Learning and Childcare Statutory Guidance is issued. Links are provided where separate guidance, either statutory or non-statutory, is available on areas covered in this section.
