Privacy Notice

The Scottish Government’s Education Analytical Services, which is part of the Scottish Government’s Learning Directorate, has legal powers to request data that local authorities and grant-aided schools hold for their own purposes in relation to the views of children and young people who are educated in Scotland’s schools in relation to their own health and wellbeing.
