Response

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. As explained by email earlier this month the information you have requested is a substantial amount and not all information requested can be provided due to the change of CPNO in July 2021. The incumbent CPNO have uploaded historical data information by bulk which does not provide all details and takes time to sort through into a manageable monthly spreadsheet, therefore as agreed I am providing data from January 2021 to March 2022 for charge sessions and May 2022 for faults. Charge sessions for April 2022 have not been uploaded as yet and i will forward on as soon as possible.

All information being provided will be uploaded onto a secure shared platform called Object Connect. Once all information has been uploaded you will receive an email from Object Connect asking you to register. You will have one week from the date of the email to download the documents before access to Object Connect folder is removed.
