Information requested

Please break down the £30m of reduction in spend by project.
Please set out where the £10m has been saved and provide information on why the spend was not needed this year.

Response

Due to market conditions it has taken longer than anticipated but the EBR is not delaying any college capital projects including the Dunfermline Learning Campus. Work has however been re-phased to future financial years.
As stated in the Emergency Budget Review, £10m reduced current year expenditure on digital devices, due to a requirement for more detailed scoping of the project in order to support successful delivery, with capital funding now expected to be utilised later in the project.
