Energy Performance Certificates approved organisation status: application form
Form for organisations to apply for approved status to deliver Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
Complete and submit the form to the Building Standards division for checking and assessment.
The application is divided into four sections:
- applicant organisation details
- scheme operations
- business plan
- declaration
Previous experience of certification, inspection, licensing or similar operations is not a requirement, but any experience in these areas should be fully detailed in your application.
