Renewable Electricity Generation

 

Scotland’s renewable electricity generation in 2024 quarter 2 was 7,312 GWh – a 27.9% increase from 5,716 GWh generated in the same quarter in 2023. In the first half of 2024, Scotland generated 18,084 GWh of renewable electricity, up 13.7% on 2023.
