This information is for people in organisations who have received a grant offer letter from us.
Change request forms
Organisations should be working to the budget agreed by Scottish Government officials. If there are any changes to the way in which an organisation proposes to use Equality Budget funding, a Change Request Form (CRF) should be completed and returned to the Equality Unit (EqualityBudgetFunding@gov.scot) for consideration.
The CRF is intended to ensure consistency in the way in which changes in spend are managed across funded organisations, and a CRF should be completed if there is a proposed change to outcomes, planned activities or staffing complement. Scottish Government authorisation for the proposal must be received before any changes are implemented. The CRF and a copy of the Excel spreadsheet to be completed as part of this process can be requested by emailing EqualityBudgetFunding@gov.scot.
Process for recipients
You should send:
- claims for payment, financial and progress reports
- questions about your grant
to EqualityBudgetFunding@gov.scot.
Forms should be completed and submitted each quarter in line with the payment schedule in your grant offer letter.
Quarter 1
Complete and return:
1. Your signed grant acceptance and forecast financial statement for the grant term.
2. The claim form (schedule 2) to draw down the quarter 1 instalment.
Quarter 2
Complete and return:
1. The claim form (schedule 2) to draw down the quarter 2 instalment.
2. A financial report of actual expenditure in quarter 1.
Quarter 3
Complete and return:
1. The claim form (schedule 2) to draw down the quarter 3 instalment.
2. A financial report of actual expenditure in quarters 1 and 2.
3. A six month progress report form.
Quarter 4
Complete and return:
1. The claim form (schedule 2) to draw down the quarter 4 instalment.
2.A financial report of actual expenditure in quarters 1, 2 and 3
3. The anticipated expenditure in quarter 4.
One month after the end of the grant term
Complete and return:
1. A financial report of actual expenditure for the grant term.
2. An annual progress report form.
3. A completed schedule 3 form which is part of the original grant offer letter.
