Executive summary
This draft Equality Impact Assessment (EQIA) and the earlier EQIA Framing Exercise was developed to support Ministerial decision making in respect to the recommendations in the final report of the Independent Review of Qualifications & Assessment (IRQA). The results of the Framing Exercise and the stakeholder engagement undertaken as part of the EQIA have played an important role in shaping the final Scottish Government response to the recommendations in the IRQA.
