Recommendations and Conclusion

No actions or changes to the documentation will be implemented as a result of the EQIA findings. This is because the policy does not directly or indirectly discriminate against protected characteristics of the GPN workforce.

However, further improvements to data collection will be explored to better understand the protected characteristics of the General Practice Nurse Workforce.

Existing monitoring data and feedback from stakeholders will be used to identify impact on protected characteristics.

We will review the EQIA yearly following publication.
