Response

What Tendering procedures were used for the above works?

The tendering process involved inviting bids from contractors who had demonstrated their ability to meet the required standards and possessed the necessary skills sets. The scope of works document was used as the basis for the competitive tendering process, which allowed the selection of the most qualified contractor to carry out the works.

Were the works put out to competitive tender?

Yes

How were the tenderers selected?

The selection process involved assessing the previous experiences of the contractors and their ability to demonstrate the required skillset and expertise for undertaking this project. This involved an initial screening of the contractors to determine if they had the necessary qualifications, experience, and skills for the project. Those who met the initial criteria were then invited to submit closed bids based on the scope of works document.

Was the Tender accepted the lowest and how much is it?
