The answer to your questions are:

1. The information you have requested is available from The Scottish Funding Council (SFC) that published the ‘College Infrastructure Strategy – The Approach to Delivering Scotland’s Infrastructure Plan’ on 24 November 2022 - College Infrastructure Strategy: The approach to delivering Scotland’s College Infrastructure Plan (sfc.ac.uk).
