The Jurisdiction and Judgments (Family, Civil Partnership and Marriage (Same Sex Couples)) (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2019 CRWIA.

If the United Kingdom leaves the EU without a deal, the Jurisdiction and Judgments (Family, Civil Partnership and Marriage (Same Sex Couples))(Amendment etc.) (EU exit) (Scotland) Regulations 2019 will come into force on exit day.
