CalMac are doing assessment of operational impact and maintenance impact of unactionable remarks outstanding and will produce a report on this.CalMac and FMPG are now working off the same list. Crew are starting to do compartment completions and are ensconced on the ship. LNG remains the primary outstanding issue to complete. [REDACTED] are starting to finish off their work (action – FMPG / CMAL).

a025 - FMPG have tied in with CalMac regarding spares. Equipment and crew organisation has been making good pace (action – FMPG).

Hot topics

Sea trials - This went really well and improved robustness.

LNG pipework - the commissioning phase is starting and the liquid line is to be pressure tested and flushed. Some lines still have to be closed off in regards to this LNG commissioning phase. [REDACTED] to come this week and start the secondary phase of commissioning. CalMac personnel are to be observers in this work as required by regulations. Bunkering is to commence in third week of June – incumbent on receiving the LNG on time. LNG work will commence on 802 as soon as it is finished and completed on 801 with full lessons learned applied. Still to be done: 20% capacity load testing the auxiliary generators; and part testing the engines; then testing full engines in further sea trials. System, compartment, and self-monitoring for health and safety is being enforced during this whole LNG commissioning process.

MCA - certifications are all up to date and there are no concerns remaining.

Any other business
