A017 CalMac still doing risk assessment and legal advice needed after MCA decision – date changed from 16th November to 21st December (Action – CalMac)
AO17.1 Mitigate advice and risk for exemptions and work through restrictions. Operational Procedures following in January (Action CalMac)
A018 – plan in development with ship’s crew observation support from CalMac for observation (Action FMPG-CMAL-CalMac)
A021 – In a good place with this but ongoing. Due date remains the same. CMAL to see visibility before this date (Action FMPG)
A023 – FMPG to develop list of unactioned remarks. CalMac developing paper on maintenance risk. Next meeting scheduled for December 1st (Action FMPG-CalMac)
A024 – Seasonal Recruitment underway
A025 – Identified SPARES at the store. Risk of SPARES if not available in time for handover
