Actions from previous meeting
a021 - FMPG will provide list but certificates won’t be ready until handover (action FMPG).
a023 - work remains ongoing and OOR’s programme is to be provided to SG by FMPG (action – FMPG / CMAL).
a025 - work remains ongoing. FMPG have a definitive list and this will be issued and the list of spares and their destination will be tracked (action – FMPG).
a026 – warranty process development – new action added to the log. Work remains ongoing and a further meeting will be able to provide more clarity. Estimated cost has been decided and this will be provided by FMPG. Engineering to come back on obsolescence and warranty by FMPG (action – FMPG).
Hot topics
LNG pipework - work remains ongoing on this but good progress is being made and workers on this project are confident that target deadlines will be met. Daily updates to be given on this from FMPG. Cleaning will need to commence – extra people on this to get this done in short period of time.
Meeting with MCA for deployment is needing to be scheduled.
Any other business
Next week’s meeting cancelled due to further sea trials.
