Items and actions
Actions from previous meeting
- A017 – on track for deadline 21 Dec
- AO17.1 - Risk to register – new risks will be up to date in January. Liaising with CalMac and FMPG (Action CalMac)
- A018 – Port authority is looking for certified crew – not to carry out function but to be there to ensure procedure is followed / observation. This needs IGF certification for Master and Chief (deck crew). Also, execution of bunkering analysis - trials are being done for this (Action – FMPG / CMAL)
- A021 – this will continue to be ongoing. Need to supply with list to date (Action – FMPG)
- A023 – Maintenance risk – 1 page document needed (Action – FMPG / CMAL)
- A024 – Action closed
- A025 – need to quantify schedule of cost impacted on the list of spares needed (Action – FMPG)
Hot topics
- dry docking date – 18th Dec
- [REDACTED] is behind – major steel work to be done. And they are in front of us. Risk of delay due to this
- dry dock on 5-day window – 3 days minimum. Day 1 enter dry dock, drop and pressure wash – then out next day
- MCA are content - all paper work and documentation is there
- Biggest risk is rework on shafts but having completed dock trials last week – everything is looking good
- LNG - Still carries a risk
- [REDACTED] –Concluded that they’ll leave site on 17th - 4000 hours left of manual works
Any other business
- launch of 802 – decision last week was to separate the two events and not have a naming ceremony and keep it in FMPG as a yard event
- communications need to be well managed and in sync across teams to avoid confusion of what a ‘launch’ is
Meeting end: 13:34
