Analysis of responses to the consultation on proposed fisheries management measures within Scottish Offshore Marine Protected Areas (MPAs). The consultation sought input on implementing management measures across 20 MPAs and amending the boundary of the West of Scotland MPA.
About the respondents and responses
A total of 3,881 responses were received (all valid i.e. no duplicate or blank responses), a majority of which were submitted by individuals (97%)(see Table 1).
Diffley Partnership exported responses from Citizen Space into Microsoft Excel and manually added non-Citizen Space responses for data cleaning, review, and analysis.
