ALL | AO | New paragraph inserted 1.11 The vessel to which this licence relates, must spend 8 consecutive periods of 24 hours in port with no fishing activity commencing from time of RTP, as indicated in your message in the electronic log book, between 3 May 2020 until 3 June 2020. Exemptions Any vessel between 10 metres and 12 metres overall length. Vessels using mobile gear with a mesh size of 100mm or less for all fishing trips during the period. Vessels using static gear and vessels using dredge. Vessels not in Membership of a Producer Organisation. Vessels landing catches and selling them exclusively outwith the UK for the entire period. Any contracted non-fishing activities i.e. guardship duty, will count towards the 8 day period. |
