Marine Directorate Fishers Survey:

Research on Fishers’ Behaviour and Attitudes towards Compliance and Enforcement – Survey for fishers.

Please take 20 minutes to complete a survey exploring fishers’ perspectives on the Marine Directorate regulations. We are interested in fishers’ reasons for complying or not complying with regulations, whether Fixed Penalty Notices are fair, and what could encourage fishers to be more compliant. The survey is anonymous and is analysed by a social research organisation separate to the Marine Directorate to ensure an open conversation. The link to the survey is here https://online1.snapsurveys.com/MarineDirectorateFishersSurvey.

Survey expected to close on 31 August 2024.
