6.7.1 Fishing for scallops using d dredges in UK waters of ICES area VIId is prohibited between 00:01hrs on 1 August 2022 and 23:59hrs on 30 September 2022.
6.7.2 The vessel may not be present in the area referred to in condition 6.7.1 whilst carrying dredges on board other than when transiting at a speed of greater than six knots (except in the case of force majeure or adverse conditions) in accordance with condition 6.1 or when in port. Dredges must be lashed and stowed in accordance with Article 47 of Council Regulation (EC) 1224/2009. |
