Response
The Scottish Information Commissioner issued a decision (122/2017) on 1 August 2017 on your request for communications between Scottish Ministers and the Hometown Foundation. This decision partially upheld your appeal, and required Scottish Ministers to disclose information which had been withheld under exemption in section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
In accordance with the Commissioner's decision I now attach the information which was withheld. For clarity, I have provided full and unredacted copies of the two documents affected.
