Please provide the following information, preferably in electronic format:

• The names of each individual or organisation to bid for the Scottish Government's Tender 276420 - National Improvement Framework Standardised Assessments

• The bid documents from the chosen supplier

• The evaluation of the top three bids

• The expected final cost of the standardised testing system

Appeal - Stage 2 - FOI/16/02132

Following Alastair Hamilton's letter of 22 June in relation to the above appeal we now consider that the following information with regards to the hypothetical risk register provided by ACER International UK as part of their bid documentation should be provided. All risks within the project are actively managed and monitored. See Annex A.

The rest of the information withheld in this case remains with the Scottish Information Commissioner for Decision.
