• Reported Tarbothill net and coble catch and effort information for seasons 1998 to 2000, and reported Tarbothill fixed engine catch and effort information for seasons 1997 to 2007

• Reported aggregate Eigie, Millden & Black Dog fixed engine catch and effort information for seasons 2000 to 2007

• Although we try to provide information wherever possible, in this instance an exception under regulation 11(2) (personal data) applies to this information. The reason why this exception applies is explained below.

Reasons for not supplying information

An exception applies.

Regulation 11(2) (personal data) applies because some of the information requested (contained within the contact details by form) is personal data of a third party and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Schedule 1 to the Data Protection Act 1998. This exception is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exception.
