Electronic copies of all technical and commercial bids received in relation to the Invitation to Tender, which was run by Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited in November 2016.

Reference to the tender which was available on https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/ was CMAL0155 – Marine Evacuation Systems MV Hebrides and MV Clansman.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are ubale to provide the information you have requested because exemption section 17 (1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information. The reasons why this exemption applies is explained below.

17(1) Scottish Government does not have the information

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information requested.

It may be helpful to note that Transport Scotland does not hold electronic copies of any technical and commercial bids received in relation to the Invitation to Tender, which was run by Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited in November 2016.
