1. All meetings held between the above parties including dates, venues, duration.
Please see meeting list (within Annex A), detailing meetings accepted and/or attended by Education Scotland Head of Digital Services and Exception. No meetings have been accepted with Oxido employees.
2. Names of all meeting participants and minutes or notes, including agenda items.
We are unable to provide you with agenda items or minutes, as following a review we do not hold that particular information. This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that Education Scotland does not have the information you have requested.
Additionally, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information requested because of an exemption under section 38(1)(b), personal information, of FOISA applies to some of the information requested.
An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) applies to some of the information requested. This exemption applies because the information is personal data of a third party and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Schedule 1 to the Data Protection Act 1998.
This is because releasing this information could lead to the identification of meeting participants as we do not have their permission to release this information.
This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
