You asked for "the release of all documents detailing how this money was spent and how the final figure of £61,202 has been accounted for. This should include but is not necessarily limited to submissions to government detailing the costs of the activities involved and communications (both internal and external) where the costs are discussed."

I attach a copy of the information you requested including a detailed proposal received from Young Scot (following a meeting with all parties on 30 August 2016) and a full breakdown of costs.
