Information requested
Crimes under Criminal justice and licensing (Scotland) act 2010, specifically in relation to the section on extreme pornography. Number of individuals charged in relation to possession of extreme pornography and of those charged how many led to conviction; how many were charged and also convicted based on this being the only offence listed in their indictment (2013 up until this year). If possible can you advise how many individuals upon conviction were given a prison sentence for the possession of extreme pornography.
