Details of secondments within the Scottish Government, such as those mentioned on p.41 here: http://www.gov.scot/Resource/0052/00525249.pdf
Information should include: how many people were seconded; their permanent department and if possible, job title; which department they were seconded to and for what function.
Response
During financial year 2016-17 83 individuals were seconded to the Scottish Government. As secondees are not Scottish Government staff and may be working on a specific programme or developing their skills and knowledge few of them have titles. Secondees, their employers and the Scottish Government business areas hosting secondees, agree specific functions on a case by case basis. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the costs of locating, retrieving and detailing specific functions would exceed the upper cost limit of £600.
