I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested, relating to the final three bullet points in your request.
The estimated non-domestic rates income for shootings and deer forests is around £4 million annually, subject to rates relief.

It should be noted that not all properties with rateable value up to £15,000 are necessarily eligible for 100% relief under the Small Business Bonus Scheme.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reasons why we don't have the information are explained below.
Reasons for not providing information
The Scottish Government does not have the information in the first two bullet points of your request. Rating valuation and associated local appeal processes are funded by local government, and the Scottish Government does not have cost information broken down by property types.
