- Call logs and diaries for John Swinney, Jamie Hepburn and Angela Constance on May 6, 7, 8 and 9 of 2016.
Response
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have most of the information you have requested. The reasons why we don't have the information are explained below.
Reasons for not providing information
The Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have asked for because the Scottish Government does not hold details of any phone calls made as private offices do not hold ministerial box records for longer than 3 months. There are no diary entries held on the days requested other than the information provided in Annex B.
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
