I enclose a copy of the information you requested in point 1 of your request about communications relating to the organisation of the meeting and all of the information you requested in point 3.

A small amount of information has been redacted from the enclosed e-mails about the organisation of the meeting because an exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) applies to that information. The reasons why that exemption applies are explained below.
