We do not hold a record of all requests made to the media regarding changes to their copy. While we do not have a comprehensive historical record, I enclose a copy of email exchanges which do exist and do fall within the scope of your request.
In addition, one colleague provided a return saying they spoke to the Press Association on Saturday, October 28 requesting a change to an article. Press Association were ask to change this to Tuesday, November 7, the correct date and the amendment was made.
