Any email correspondence between 1 January 2017 and 30 November 2017, from Fergus Ewing and EU officials regarding the funding arrangement for LFASS (Less Favoured Areas Support Scheme).
Response
The answer to your question is that the Cabinet Secretary for Rural Economy and Connectivity, Fergus Ewing MSP, has not had any correspondence with EU officials in regards to the funding arrangements for LFASS, between 1 January 2017 and 30 November 2017. However, there was engagement between Scottish Government and European Commission officials in regards to elements of the funding arrangements for LFASS between 1 January 2017 and 30 November 2017 and I have included that correspondence for your information.
