A list of (non-ministers) individuals that have travelled in ministerial cars from January 2017.

Response

The answer to your question is as follows; The Permanent Secretary and Mr Wainwright (Director of Europol) have travelled in Ministerial cars.

We do not hold records of passengers who accompany Ministers in official cars.
