Correspondence between any minister, staff member, or arms length organisation of the Scottish Government and any member of the state government of California regarding the Under 2 Coalition along with any minutes of meetings regarding this topic.

The information you requested is at Annex A. We are providing all the information we hold, apart from names and contact details that are exempt under Section 38(1) FOISA which covers Personal Data, a number of sections of text and draft documents that are exempt under Section 32(1)(a) FOISA which covers International Relations, and a section of text which is exempt under Section 28(1) FOISA which covers relations within the UK.
