Documentation and minutes of the discussions between Nicola Sturgeon and Cllr Susan Aitken - Leader, Glasgow City Council from their meeting on the 23 August 2017.
Response
I enclose a copy of the agenda for the meeting in the annex to this letter.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have minutes of the discussion. This is because we are not required to routinely minute discussion which take place during visits of this nature such as goodwill visits, hospitality events, or courtesy conversations. As no policy decisions arose in this case it was considered sufficient to record within the official diary that the meeting had taken place.
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
