Information requested

The St James Quarter Edinburgh Growth Accelerator agreement and seeking access to the agreements made by the Scottish Government as part of the above Growth Accelerator, including any associated Scottish Government Grant Offers, the Growth Accelerator Agreement, and any associated agreements entered into by or on behalf of Scottish Futures Trust. Please include plans delineating or proscribing the design of any of the City of Edinburgh Council Growth Assets.

Response

Please find attached a copy of the grant offer letter between Scottish Government and the City of Edinburgh Council together with the associated schedules. This forms the Growth Accelerator Agreement a copy of the information you requested. However, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. We do not hold any associated agreements in relation to the Growth Accelerator Agreement entered into by, or on behalf of, the Scottish Futures Trust.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
