All correspondence between Scottish Government ministers, civil servants and special advisors with Audit Scotland regarding the 'Early Learning and Childcare' report published 15 February 2018. This should include any internal communications, external communications, meetings arranged, requested changes and any other relevant documents.

I enclose a copy of all of the information and documentation you requested. The answer to your question is attached.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption under the Data Protection Act 1998 section 38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why that exemption applies is due to the information containing personal data, the disclosure of which would contravene data protection principles.
