You asked for details of any bids made by Scottish Government agencies to Ministers between the 2018-19 Draft Budget and the passing of Stage 3 regarding any changes to their department's budget.

Response

The answer to your question is that no Scottish Government Executive Agencies asked Scottish Ministers to change their budget between the Scottish Government 2018-19 draft budget being published on 14 December 2017 and the Scottish Parliament approving the budget Bill at Stage 3 on 21 February 2018.
