Details of any loans from the core SG to private business in 2015-16, 2016-17 or so far in 2017-18 where the business defaulted on the loan.

Social Investment Fund

2016-17 - £116,200 written off due to company closing down.

Housing Infrastructure Loan Fund

2015-16 - £1,000,000 written off against a loan value.

2016-17 - Further £500,000 written off against a loan value.

Resource Efficient Scotland SME Loans

Thirty loans have been impaired as at 31 December 2017, with the impairment amount being £595,830.

District Heating Loans

Two loans have been impaired as at 31 December 2017, with the impairment amount being £251,333.
