Information requested
the total cost incurred by the Scottish Government of running the Saltire Prize since it was announced by former First Minister Alex Salmond in April 2008; and
if possible, a breakdown of costs relating to the prize. If this is not possible within the FoI time or costs limit, please provide only the total figure.
Response
Details of the costs associated with the Saltire Prize from 2012/13 to 2017/18 and a breakdown of those costs are provided at annex A.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have all of the information you have requested. This is because the Scottish Government Enterprise Accounting System (SEAS) only has details of payments from 2012/13 onwards.
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested prior to 2012/13.
