Details of how the Solicitor General’s attendance at the Northern Lighthouse Board on 26th April 2018 related to Scottish Government business, as suggested by its inclusion in Ministerial engagements, travel and gifts: April 2018.

Response

The Scottish Government pro-actively publish information regarding Ministerial external engagements, travel and gifs received, in line with the Ministerial Code.

The Solicitor General attended the Northern Lighthouse Board of Commissioners meeting on 26th April 2018 in her capacity as an ex officio Commissioner of Northern Lighthouses under the Merchant Shipping Act 1995, section 2(a).
