You asked for a list of all new benefits or entitlements such as free university tuition fees or free prescriptions introduced by the Scottish Parliament since its establishment in 1999.
For each new benefit or entitlement please also provide:
- Dates of announcements and then implementation,
- Financial cost in first full fiscal year of availability
- Budgeted financial cost in 2018/19 fiscal year.
