Timetable for issuing updated code of practice regarding Named Persons: FOI release

Any information regarding a timetable or potential dates for the Scottish Government issuing an updated code of practice in 2018 or 2019 regarding Named Persons.

 

 

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested. However, Ian Welsh, Independent Chair of the GIRFEC Practice Development Panel, wrote to the Deputy First Minister in October 2018 to update on progress on development of an information sharing Code of Practice. As explained in this letter the Panel are currently revisiting their timetable for publication of a code of practice and we expect the Panel to confirm its revised timescale shortly.
