1. The individual names of all the Legal Members currently involved with First Tier and the Legal Practices they belong to if any.
2. The same information since First Tier was effective in December 2016.
3. Any and all records of involvement of Sheriff Jim Bauld of T C Young Solicitors with First Tier.
4. Any records of any other T C Young related or retained Legal Members of this practice involved at First Tier.

Thank you for your phone call and subsequent email confirming you are requesting information relating to the Housing and Property Chamber only and that you were seeking details on anyone who has a legal input, whether in an advisory capacity or otherwise.

 

 

Our aim is to provide information whenever possible, however the information we hold is restricted to the list of people who have been appointed as legal members of the Housing and Property Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal and the legal practices to which they belong, where this information is known.
