Information requested
Please provide information on latest pay awards by completing this table. I used the example of managers and unionised staff as most organisations will split their pay negotiations in this way. For you this may be different so provide the employee groups as grouped at your organisation with the relevant pay reviews.
Others for example might have pay reviews split by: senior staff receiving a merit only pay review, managers receiving 2% + performance based bonus, team leaders and below receiving 2%

Scottish Government Main – Pay range from 1 April 2018
- All pay steps of £36,500 and under will increase by 3%
- An underpinning increase of £750 (pro-rata for part time staff) for staff with a salary below £25,000
- Pay Range maxima at B3, C1, C2 and C3 will increase by 3%
- 1% for Senior Civil Servants
